2026 Season Pass terms
By purchasing a Photo Season Pass or Half Season Pass (“Pass”), the purchaser (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Season Pass: Cost: $660
- (6) Full media packs: 10 edited photos from the event weekend and every other shot of you on track unedited. (40-80 photos per event)
- (1) On Track Roller (10 edited rolling shots from our session)
- Free Priority Editing, get your photos faster!
- Free Aries Photo Sticker
- More on track focus resulting in more photos!
1. Non-Refundable Purchase
- All sales are final. The Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of usage, cancellation, or inability to attend scheduled sessions.
- In the event there is a season ending incident, exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Season Validity
- The Pass is valid only during the 2026 PNW season. PNW drivers attending events in California may use their pass for California event coverage.
- Unused sessions do not roll over or apply to future seasons.
3. Scheduling & Availability
- Roller sessions must be scheduled in advance
- Missed or no-show appointments will be forfeited.
- Please notify the Photographer of events you plan to attend so we can pay more attention to your vehicle.
4. Agreement
By purchasing the Pass, the Customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
